Indoor Air Quality
Indoor air must be clean and have moderate temperature and humidity. We have developed systems to adequately maintain air quality and pressurize buildings so that smoke and vehicle exhaust stay out of the building.

Outdoor air often contains too much pollution and moisture to be introduced through the windows and doors. It must be brought into the building through a dedicated air system in quantities to keep the building under a positive pressure and mitigate infiltration..

To prevent high indoor humidity and mold growth, the outdoor air must be cooled to 50° dew-point to keep the room at 50% relative humidity. Our designs enhance Indoor Air Quality by properly filtering outdoor and indoor air and also reducing the moisture content of outdoor air. Typical commercial air conditioning, which pipes outdoor air with return air and then cools them both, often result in cold and "clammy" rooms at 70° and 70% relative humidity. Humans thrive and feel most comfortable at 50% relative humidity. Our systems achieve this without wasting energy through adding heat.
